Connected TV InFrame Interactive

Connected TV (CTV) InFrame Interactive does not require user-initiated interaction to work as intended. This offering includes two products:
 
  • Real-Time Countdown Clock: uses client-provided brandsell creative with a custom real time countdown. This unit can be leveraged for a range of uses, including a countdown to a lotto, pre-sale or sale, theatrical or product release, loyalty program or other event. 
  • Carousel: includes a carousel of images that automatically scrolls through a portion of the unit as the brandsell video plays. This unit can be leveraged for a range of uses, including promotion of a grocery flyer, auto, theatrical characters, loyalty product rewards, product features and so much more.

Guidelines

  • Available as either a :15 or :30. Client-provided brandsell MUST also match one of these spot lengths
  • Targeting options include geographical region, program, channel brand and Common Industry Segments
  • Real-Time Countdown Clock InFrame is currently ONLY available on Global TV App VOD content on supported devices (Android, Roku and Amazon Fire TV) which are approximately 75% of Corus’ audience. Currently CANNOT run on Global TV App instances on Samsung, LG and Apple TV devices.
  • Carousel InFrame is currently available on the Global TV App (Live DAI, FAST & VOD), and STACKTV (VOD)
  • Premium CPM charge of $3.00 applies
  • Creative is NOT clickable unless it’s running secondarily on desktop and mobile devices
  • Brandsell creative MUST be provided by the client. Pricing of the InFrame DOES NOT include production of video that lives within the InFrame. If Corus is also producing the brandsell creative then that will need to be priced out separately by Creative Services
  • Finalized Real-Time Countdown Clock InFrame creative will be output by Corus as a VAST tag
  • Finalized Carousel InFrame will be output by Corus as a MP4 file
  • Countdown Clock uses IP-based clock functionality
  • For Carousel iteration: Maximum of 3 images for a :15 spot and maximum of 6 images for a :30 spot
  • Media booking for Carousel InFrame in AdBook should be made using the following placement to ensure STACKTV is included:
    • Corus | Run Of Network | Standard | Video | Inframe (Static Only)
  • Media booking for Real-Time Countdown Clock InFrame in AdBook should be made using the following placement:

Image/Logo Requirements
  • MAC/Windows compatible                 
  • Accepted formats: AI, EPS, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, PSD – Converts fonts to outlines
  • Minimum for full screen graphics is 1920×1080 at 300 DPI
Video Requirements
  • Timecode (in/out points) to indicate which portion of the creative can be used
  • Dimensions (in pixels): 1920×1080, 16:9 (recommended)
  • Accepted video file formats: .MP4
  • Maximum file size: 500,000 KB
  • Video bit rate: MP4 encoded in H.264 with AAC audio, 29.97 fps, 1920×1080 resolution (16:9 aspect ratio). 29.97 fps, no higher than 8 MB/s bitrate (4500-8000 Kbps)
  • Frames per second: 29.97 fps
Audio Requirements
  • 192 kbps or higher for AAC-LC 

Corus Creative Services Output Requirements:

  • Ideal output file size/bitrate:
    • :15 = 8-10 MB / 4500 Kbps
    • :30 = 16-18 MB / 4500 Kpbs
  • Accepted output file formats:
    • Real-Time Countdown Clock InFrame – VAST (no VPAID, .MP4 or. MOV)
    • Carousel InFrame – .MP4
